Welcome from The CONNIE SIZER Foundation. We are a Non-profit organization, created to celebrate the incredible life of CONNIE SIZER, which donates all profits to continue Connie's long and heroic fight against cancer.

One of our goals is to raise money for cancer research, education and prevention. Only through dedication and perseverance will this disease be conquered!

In Ferurary, CSF and the Buffalo Grove Police department sponsored a DVD Drive. We were able to collect 404 DVDs. The donated DVDs will bring entertainment to those staying at Hope Lodge and Ronald McDonald House in Rochester, MN.

Connie's Story:

Connie (Suk Nan) was truly a special person. She was born of royal blood and could trace the lineage of her Yun family to 893 A.D.

Family misfortune and the ravages of the Korean war found her living in poverty as she grew up a self-described poor "farm girl."

She came to America as a young G.I. bride and over the passing decades, built a life with her husband Bob that was simply beautiful and a wonder to behold.

Diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, an incurable form of cancer, she was given just 8-18 months to live. She told her doctors that while she knew nothing of the disease that had invaded her body, it had never met anyone like her and that it was in for a fight. Against all odds, she survived 14 years and lived every moment of those miraculous years as a vibrant, caring and courageous wife, mother and grandmother.

In the end, it was a form of Leukemia that took her life. While the news that she had contracted the disease was devastating to everyone that loved her, she took great pride in the fact that she won her battle with Multiple Myeloma, just as she vowed she would all those years ago.

She lived her final days as she had her entire life, smiling, laughing and caring for everyone else.

We will miss her more than words can express.

Please help us keep her fight alive.
